Is that like the lowest part of your spine or back? like above your butt cheeks but not by much. Sounds a bit like sciatica. A lower back pain that radiates down one side of your rear and down the leg. Here is some information that might help you. Good luck! It sounds like a pinched nerve. The base of the spine has many nerves radiating out to the various areas. Some go to the organs, some to t he extremities. Your pain is radiating to your legs. It could be a sciatic nerve, or another nerve that enervates the lower extremities. You should see a chiropractor or a medical doctor. Yes, the sacrum is the lowest point of your spine (unless you count the coccyx...or tailbone) and is technically 5 fused vertebrae. As the other participants have mentioned, your pain is characteristic of a "pinched nerve" or at least pain that is originating from the spine. It is very typical for problems in this area to refer pain to the sacro-illiac area.
