Bladder problem?

wow how do i start off? well im 16 and ive had this bladder problem for some time now. i get so frustrated i start to cry because there seems to be no end to this! well around 3 years ago i always had to go frequently and now i cant hold my bladder anymore. i seem to leak and i try holding it but it always leaks. and if i try to wait i get a little pain in my bladder area of my stomache. this is so frustrating ive tried acupuncture, chinese herb medicines snd the doctor but have found no cure. ive had a bladder infection before because i didnt drink a lot of water but i cured it through medicine and a lot of water intake. it would be grateful if someone could help me with this problem because i have to wear a pad all the time and its just such a hassle. this is preventing me from running my full potential and exercising. if i sit criss crossed i seem to leak. any help would be great thank you for your time.

my parents do know about the situation and also this is quite embarrassing, i havent started my period yet but i have developed breasts and pubic hair

You need to go see a urologist ASAP. Something is going on and yes they can find out what and they can treat it but only if you go see a urologist. Get off the computer and call your docs office and get a referral to a urologist ASAP. Also get your urine tested to be sure you don't have another bladder infection. If the clinic is open get it tested today if not go to urgent care and get tested today. GET OFF THE COMPUTER AND GET THESE THINGS DONE!

Have you seen a urologist? This is not normal for a 16 year old. If you have and that doctor didn't do anything, then I would go to another one or if you have a childrens hospital in your area then I would go there.

don't stop looking for a physician I would think you should get rid of your physician. I believe a good physician would send you to a specialist which would be a urinoligist as far as I know. I definetly think you should not have suffered with this for more than one week. Personally I would consider suing the physician that hasn't helped you in my opinion. I feel it's not normal at all and no body should have to suffer like you have. Please see another doctor and if he/she doesn't help you keep searching until one doctor does. I am guessing you don't seem to have an adult around you that you feel comfortable telling about this problem so I suppose you have to do it on your own (searching for a physician) or is there a public health nurse at school that you could speak with and get some direction of where to start? good luck and don't stop until some physician/specialist helps you.

I have heard of young people getting pre mature enlarged prostates, witch pinches off your bladder, making it hold virtually nothing.

You have to see a urologist to determine the exact cause however.

Listen up bud, get it checked, because I am 40 yrs old and can hold it for days, but It made me buckle over reading what your problem is. I don't know how you can go on like that!
