How to get rid of acne without getting my skin irritated from products ?

im 13 and im starting to break out a lot.
when i was my face it gets dry so i use avenno moisturizer
then during the afternoon it gets oily in the t zone area.

so i dont know what products to use.

clean and clear does not work for my skin. it dries it out.

what kinds of products do you think are right for me ?

but i also want them to prevent me from getting acne

the reason you are getting really oily is because you are drying your skin out too much. that is the skin's reaction to dryness, it will produce more oil to naturally moisturize the skin.

acne won't really "go away" but you can keep it under wraps with natural methods. harsh chemicals should never be used on your skin. benzol peroxide will dry your skin and cause the oiliness. it also is a drug for your skin. your skin becomes addicted to it and when you stop using it, it will break out even more. bad cycle.

this is how i kept my skin clearer when i was a teen:

take a washcloth and dip it into a bowl of warm-hot water. ring it out and place it over your face. it feels amazing and the heat will be opening your pores. keep repeating this until your blackheads disappear and your face feels "open." the pores will naturally drain of any gunk this way. now that your pores are open and your skin is fresh, apply witch haze, a natural astringent (and cheap too!). it will cleanse out the rest of the pore and minimize it. apply a light moisturizer and go! don't put makeup on until your pores close again, or you'll be filling your pores with gunk!

if you have a zit, do the same trick with a hot wash cloth. don't pick! tea tree oil is great spot-treatment. it is a natural germ-killer and mildly dries out the gunk.

good luck! enjoy your young skin and wear your sunscreen! i'm 20 and already regret tanning. i've since switched to sunless because my skin is already aging! avoid it!

i would try tee tree oil in the tee zone lol... and drink LOTS of water.. this is also help stop getting acne on the back and shoulders

The trick is to use a product that doesn't overdry, and to only use a moistuizer in areas that aren't oily later on. I use Aveeno Clear Complexion Correcting Treatment. It's sold in a tube, it doesn't dry the area out, and you can apply it under makeup. Then I only moisturize my cheeks for day time. At night, wash your face, apply treatment and moisturize overnight for the full face. Use a toner (Aveeno Radiant toner is nice) to remove excess oil in the morning, apply treatment, and off you go. Clean and Clear makes packets of oil absorbing sheets ( little blue plasticy sheets) that suck up oil without residue or mucking up makeup for during the day. Good luck!

I am a California licensed Estheticion (skin care specialist). First, as a young person, you are correct in understanding the T-zone area. What you have might be combination skin. What I have found that usually works for that type of skin is called Murad. You can get it from their mail order. It is milder than the Proactive system which I also recommend but that line is better for Oily skin and long term acne. I think Proactive and Murad (No I don't work for either company have just seen the results and it is good no matter where you live or how old you are..) their
Acne Complex庐 Kit for problem skin
In independent clinical studies, over 90% of the participants experienced a reduction in blemishes in just 4 weeks. Heal blemishes, prevent future breakouts and achieve healthy skin with the complete regimen.OR have a guarantee use it for 30 days and if you don't see great skin you get your money back.. The Department store or drug stores do not offer that. Neither does your doctor, A Dermatologist will more often than not prescribe a benzoil peroxide or RetinA cream. They might give you samples of a cleanser from a vitamin C line. all of them suggest a cleanser (mild) a topical treatment, and then a very light moisturizer some will also have a weekly mask or a topical treatment for the once in a while break out.. None of them nor any of the drug store companies have One product that will do it all. Best you start a morning and evening routine with a system that works. Again from what you said I would suggest Murad. They have a starter acne kit and then you can get on a monthly or every other month new supply. Murad is also effective if you ever get acne on your back or other parts of the body.. this can be dealt with and leave NO scarring but it takes consistency and commitment to every day for 2-5 minuites. Some of the young people who have acne complain because they only want to spent about 5 dollars..but guess what the new lines that actually solve the problems are not that cheap. This is a time in your life when good clear skin is important...as important as straight teeth (braces aren't cheap either) and well groomed hair...You are thinking good Hope you will find a way to baby sit care for peoples pets or mow lawns or help a mother in the neighborhood for the extra dollars this might cost if parents wont help. Good luck great skin is possible!
