How do you control your acne? What type of skin care regimen do you use daily. Cleansers and home remedies? |
To add a few details...I am off the pill, trying to currently get pregnant. i have already been through 2 rounds of accuntane and have tried everything ever made. Just looking for a different point of view. You can get medication from a doctor to treat acne - and by the way are you on the pill - if so certain pills can cause acne/spots etc., i use proactiv solutions. its pricey, but totally worth it. it completely cleared my skin in a year (i know that seems long), but my redness and bumps started to go away after 3 weeks or so. good luck Some bc pills cause darkening of the skin on the face --- cheeks and forehead... unfortunately usually permanent. Acne... apart from accutane, I use Retin A, .1% It exfoliates the skin well. A script product, about $100 buckos a tube. Get it in Mexico for about $20... last a year. |
