Does Clearasil work on Moderate acne?

Im using aknemycin (a retinoin and antibiotic in one) prescribed by my Dr, would it be ok/beneficial to switch to using Clearasil Dailly 3 in 1 wash?

I found the Clearasil 3 in 1 wash made my skin worse (it made my skin very red and dry and more spotty!)and if I were you I would go back to the docs because generally over the counter skin products don't work , you also have to give the antibiotic cream chance to work..it does in the end. Unfortunately for us people blessed with bad skin it is a matter of seeing what works best for you but prescription treatments are always better.

Is this a joke. Clearasil wont even work on normal skin what to say about moderate acne, but if retinoin is not working may it is not acne you are suffering from.

One of the side-effects of retinoin is going mad, it looks like you are heading that way.

i agree , ultra is wicked - i dont get acne just occasional few bad spots but it clears them sooooooo quick
