How to get rid of acne?? help!!!?

ive tried everything and nothing works!! right now im trying proactive but i dont see any results ive been using it since like 1 month. HELP

You said you've tried everything, so I guess I can't suggest the stridex pads. They work like a charm for me--I use them whenever I get sweaty, but mostly before bed. Get the ones with aloe--they're best for the skin.

I have had the worst acne since I can remember and tried everything-including proactive, and nothing helped. You should go see a dermotologist and they can get you pills that you take. Sometimes topical treatments won't do anything, you need an oral medication. I have seen wonderful results since I started taking oral medication for my acne.

if it ts a mild case put toothpaste on all the zits (but just a dab) b4 bed and leave on overnight just make sure the toothpaste is white (been there done that a very long story i would not like to comment on.)

i've been using proactive for like 5 months it made my acne worst so i've been drinking alot of water and waSHING MY FACE WITH LUKE WARM WATER AND ALOE SOAP ITS WORKIN I KNOW HOW ACNE CAN BE UGH!!!!!!
