Acne.............................

ok i started getting acne when i was 11. is that normal. im 13 now and none of my other friends have acne and i feel embarassed because i feel like people are looking at my zits and not at me.

It's very normal. When you go through puberty, and your hormones start acting up, you get acne. I know it's tough, but I have had acne for a couple of years now and I live with it. If it really bothers you try a face wash. Wash your face after you exercise or get sweaty, and before you go to bed. If you keep your face clean it'll clear up fast. Also you could try Proactiv Or Murad. Both work well. Mine is clearing up but it's not perfect. Don't worry, people still see you. The zits will go away. Hope this helps! :)

Ask your parents to take you to a dermatologist.

okay just get a hot iron and iron your face.

You hit puberty before your friends, there is nothing wrong with that! You should begin a face washing regime ASAP to control your acne. Proactiv is your best bet.

It's normal. There are various ways to treat it. Face washes and tablets. You can see a doctor if it's really bad. Oh, and most people probably don't notice it. And your friends will get it in time. I started getting it pretty bad at around 11/12. None of my friends did and it was a little embarrassing. Eventually I managed to control it moderately well. Now mine is almost gone and one of my friends is getting it at 18, she hates it! Hopefully yours will be finished sooner.

I have acne and I am now 20 years old, I have had it since I was about 11 as well. It can be tough when you are younger especially in school. I had a very serious type of acne so there was no way you could miss it! Of course it hurt my self-esteem a little bit, it would go away and come back, and eventually it calmed down a lot. One thing you have to remember is that, it is MUCH worse to you then it is to other people. Every dot or dash seems like a huge pimple, but people do not see your acne, they see you. Dont let it bring you down, because in a few years, maybe even a few months you will grow out of it and everything will be fine, you'll still be beautiful and dont worry about what people think.

If the problem persists, maybe talk to your parent or guardian about seeing either a common doctor or dermatologist who might be able to perscribe something for it. Just remeber to keep your face clean in the morning and before you go to bed, and remember certain foods or drinks can make you break out - It depends on your specific skin type so make sure you watch to see what food or drink might make you break out more or less, and then avoid it! Also drink plenty of wtaer, it really helps to keep the skin clear. I hope I helped!

most people aren't as judgemental as you are thinking...

but ask your mom to help you get rid of your acne, Proactive has really worked for me, when nothing else really had.

Do you have a healthy diet? this plays a role in your apperance.

Well it is normal for teenagers and adolescents to have acne. In fact, about 85% of people in this category have acne.

However, your cae is a bit early because acne usually occurs when teenagers are about 13-15 years of age.

Do not lose any sleep over your acne condition because you can overcome it. I recently came across a website with great tips for overcoming acne. The tips were similar to those I used in overcoming my acne then. I think the tips would also help you.

I got acne whe I was in 6th grade and now going to 9th grade and I still have acne ... I recommend you going to a doctor because your acne might get worse (like mine) and it will create scars!!! It's very hard to get rid of them once you get them .. and some scars you just CAN"T get rid of ... whether it's normal or not you still have them and you need to get rid of them! I think you should try Nature's Cure! Go to their website! It's cheap and it's seems to work for me!
