Acne?!?!?!!??

Need a GREAT ACNE medine/product.???
I'm going out on Saturday night. Tonight is Thursday, School all day tomorrow, and busy tomorrow night. Something quick and easy to find at home to cure acne? Saturday is going to be an amazing night for me, i need everything to be perfect- starting with my skin.

It would be impossible to give you perfect skin by Saturday night, especially if you're freaking out. Stress only contributes to acne.
If you're looking at getting rid of it permanently, I'd try any of the Neutrogena acne stress control products. They seem to work well enough for me.
