??? acne ??

im 16yo and i have acne not severe but noticable enough to make me self concious about it but the thing is i eat riight (for the most part)and i exercise quite a bit and im usung acne cream (10%benzoyl peroxide) and an astringent ...what can i do /am i doing wrong ?

I hate to say this but it might be hereditary. It may also go away after a few years. I went through the same thing when I was younger. It just eventually got less severe.

Also, cleaning your face too much might cause the skin to become irritated. Because of that it may make the skin produce more oil and therefore cause more zits.

If you haven't tried it yet, I know proactiv works really well. My whole family uses it and since I have sensitive skin, I use their sensitive formula (you have to request that). They also have a kit for more heavy duty acne.
