Acne???????????????

so i have acne. it isn't crzy bad, but not good. i have marks left and little bumps on my face, what products are good to make and keep my skin clear? can u also tell me where to buy them???? but i need something good for sensitive skin, and i don't want to buy it on the internet.

Dermatologists usually recommend Cetaphil face wash. It lasts quite a while and does not irritate your skin. This is the only one I have been able to use, bc my skin is so sensitive. I have spent about $500 on face washes (including proactiv) and have wasted so much money! I do not use a moisturizer bc the Cetaphil doesn't dry it out. For makeup, I use BareEscentuals which lasts me about 3 months at a time. If you are wanting something cheaper the Physicians Formula Mineral wear foundation and their Powder Palette庐 Multi-Colored Blush in their blushing nude. Bare Escentuals can sometimes be found at malls. The store Sephora to be specific. Physicians Formula and Cetaphil can be found at Walmart or any other local grocery store that supplies makeup.

neutrogena blackhead eliminating wash is pretty good, you can get it at any store like walgreens or a grocery store

Try Ivory soap, or Proactive

Use Neutrogena Foaming Face Wash, then tone with witch hazel (you can get this at any drug store), then apply Neutrogena On the Spot cream, wait a few minutes and moisturize with Neutrogena Oil Free Moisture "Sensitive Skin".
This works so well, but you have to do it in the morning and before bed. It will take a few weeks to see real results but be patient, this is an awesome regimen.

This isn't a acne cream but work really well for my teenager who is not use to a natural world. Yes it is a homeopatic medicine I would highly recommend because he loves it and I know it works!!! We use to use all different vitamins, face washes etc. and he would tell me it just isn't working but then when I gave him these tablets to take he thanks me ten times over for the fix!! It is by Natra Bio and is called Acne relief . The box states fast and effectlve relief and this really happened for my son. We buy a box of 60 tablets for about $9 @ a wholefoods store or you can join http://www.mothering.com/discussions/ and do there monthly frontier coops for $4 a box but of course to cover the shipping you would want to order other things you need at the same time in order to have the savings worth it! Acne is one of the most distressing and depressing problem. Soak cotton wool in mint juice, and apply every day. Mix cinnamon powder with lime juice to make a fine paste, Apply on the spots and wash when dry .Check out http://useinfo-acne.blogspot.com/ for more useful info.

Follow this regime twice a day (preferably when waking up and before bed).

Wash your hands thoroughly.
Wash your face with an acne wash (I use Panoxyl).
PAT your face dry with a clean towel or paper towels.
Apply an acne cream solution that is 10% Benzoyl Peroxide (again I use Panoxyl)

That's it.
Also, drink lots of water and try some vitamins like beta-carotene vitamin & vitamin C, which are both good for the skin!

Don't drink caffeine.
