Acne help??

As an acne sufferer I've found it's hard to find somewhere to share experiences with people struggling in the same ways as myself. So I've spent a couple of hours planning and setting up an acne forum for acne sufferers of all ages - all types of acne, who are looking to disscuss treatments, effects of it, coping with acne, the emotional effects and who are looking to meet and share experiences with people who understand them and who are sufferering in the same ways as them.

I've called the group, "fighting-acne" and it can be found at - http://fightingacne.proboards104.com
So, the question would be would you like to join? Do you think this group will help people with acne? and what suggestions do you have for this group?
Thanks,

i think its about time their was some place that people with acne could speck get view of what works (as apposed to sites that only use acne to promote their products)
as a person who suffered with acne i wish their was more site like yours.
but many site's fail their first year as their is no relative information or it is not keep up to date.
i had a quick peek at the site but was not impressed (not trying to down you attempt though)
here are a few changes i would make.
1. the image (picture) is wrong or unsuitable it look like it came from a Guinness advert. what has fire walking got to do with acne.
2.their was very little info you will have to post more or people wont bother with your site.
i like the black and its simple layout bit it need something to keep it interesting.
good luck its going take a lot of work to keep it going but i hope it goes well.

one suggestion I'd put on is don't touch your face believe it or not half of all acne is spread by touching your face. we do it unconsciously
also moisturising you skin is so impotent. because its dry skin not the oils on the face that causes the most problems why because its like a layer of concrete on pores. this is what mostly blocks pores.

try washing

Permanent natural cure for acne exists but except U ask in forums like this, U'll only be suffering in silence. Try this one here. I recommend this to anyone who's been having a running battle with stubborn acnes for ages ...
There is money-back guarantee for it as well.

no greasy food of any type ( until you have detoxed your body then there is nothing wrong with treats) drink at least 6 pints of pure water a day, the one thing that worked originally with me and i was covered in them now i have none at all regardless of what i eat is find a local gym and put up with the embaressment of sitting in a sauna everyday for half an hour for at least a fortnight as this will push all of the rubbish out of your skin which causes these infections and blackheads, eat less junk excercise more and use the sauna it will clear everything up and good luck, and please dont try all the chemical ways of getting rid of them if the pharmecutical companies wanted you truly cured they would be out of a job, think about it. good luck.

Try this!!!!! I have an acne treatment that has won me the best answer better then fifteen times. Often, the person who voted it the best answer was amazed at how well it worked, even those who had severe cases of acne. I'll copy and paste it below.

Use a hot compress on it, and then use cool water to close the pores. Do the process over and over again, about five or six times. Use soap to wash the area, and then treat it with an alcohol soaked cotton ball. It should be gone within five to six hours.

Here are some of the previous comments I got from those who voted it as the best answer,
