I need help loosing weight.?

I live a third shift life, I don't have time to go to the gym or go for long walks. I eat fairly healthy but not completely and there's not an easy way I could change that seeing as my fiance goes where he wants to eat. I just need some tips and stuff on easy little workout plans or just tell me how you lost weight. I have never lost weight the healthy way, when I was young I had 7 stomach ulcers. Another problem I have that will amuse most people is if I drink a lot of water I get heartburn. I have acid reflux and I'm on nexium for it but I'll still get heartburn if I drink to much water. Please help me, I can't stand my weight anymore. Also, some tips for guys too, my fiance works third shift and he's slowly starting to hate his body too.

I go to college and I walk from the ground floor to the sixth floor on mondays tuesdays and thursdays. That's not just six flights of stairs its more like twelve. Plus there's a dog in the house and we run around and play with him.

request a diet sample pack, I did and I lost 20 lbs in 2 months. I have more energy than I thought possible. You get wonderful nutrition with the program, it really works, give it a try...good luck

Since you havent got time for excercise your probably gonna have to eat food low in kilojoules but that doesn't mean go all anorexic oh noway! You've probably heard it all before to eat vegies and fruit etc... yup you know the drill just include them in you diet replacing high kilojoule foods. Also do incidental excercise meaning...park your car a further away from your work so have to walk longer... climb the stairs don't take the lift see where i'm going here :)

If you and your fiance need to lose weight then cook healthier food, but still enjoyable food...The only way to lose weight in a healthy manner is to exercise and eat well. You should get at least 30 min.s of exercise 3 days a week. I don't think it's a problem with not having enough time, but it's a problem of motivation.

Another idea is to buy a pedometer(a device that counts your steps). Keep increasing the amount of steps you take.
