I know for a fact I am not pregnant, but why do I have late night nausea almost every night? |
it's not acid reflux either, only severe nausea... not many ideas coming up, but go to a doctor. If he/she doesn't find anything, go into a health store, and ask them if they have PH paper. If you test your ph in the AM, throughout the day and PM, and you find that it is frequently low especially in the AM, you need to raise your PH. You should be asking your doctor that question. It may be anxiety. Pay attention to how you are feeling. You may have seasonal allergies or sinus problems, or it could be some type of food allergy. Be sure to write down what you have eaten during the day on the nights that you have the nausea. Do any other symptoms occur with it, such as dizziness, stomach cramps, headaches, etc?? |
