I know for a fact I am not pregnant, but why do I have late night nausea almost every night?

it's not acid reflux either, only severe nausea...

not many ideas coming up, but go to a doctor. If he/she doesn't find anything, go into a health store, and ask them if they have PH paper. If you test your ph in the AM, throughout the day and PM, and you find that it is frequently low especially in the AM, you need to raise your PH.

start by taking a green powder supplement 2 times a day. (usually a tablespoon)

increase the green leafies you eat - and have them raw

change your protein intake from meat to fish and sauteed tempeh.

another health measure you should be doing anyway and might be contributing - replace all hydrogenated sources and anything with ingrediants with organic olive oil. don't get processed and packaged foods, they are loaded with these hydro destructive oils.

if over time your low ph doesn't come up (normal is between 7 and 8... really it should be higher, but that is the normal range), then you should take the green powder supplement 3 times a day.

If you do go to a doctor and they want to give you an antibiotic for some crazy reason, tell him that you want alternatives. I can provide a few for you, but to let you know, antibiotics cause imbalances and cause infections to become resistant. E-mail me, and I'll give you a list of options.

You should be asking your doctor that question.

It may be anxiety. Pay attention to how you are feeling.

Emotions can often come through physically.

You may have seasonal allergies or sinus problems, or it could be some type of food allergy. Be sure to write down what you have eaten during the day on the nights that you have the nausea. Do any other symptoms occur with it, such as dizziness, stomach cramps, headaches, etc??
