Pain, can anyone help me please?

I have a pain in my side, below rib, left, it radiates over the flank and round the back and front too.
A particular area around the back/almost on the side, that鈥檚 more painful than the rest.
it gets v.bad at night,from lying down, sitting up releives it a bit.
Going for a pee relieves some of the pain, but it's always there.
Just a lot worse when lying down or needing a pee.when it's worse it's so painful and makes me feel ill, feels like it's going to burst.
Have had investigations; kidney IVU, and basic stomach endo and colonoscopy, ct back for discs, all were ok.
Does not feel like muscle, at all,and it's not wind.have had nerve block jabs, several types, non have worked at all.
not prostate, cos female.
pancreas is on other side...so no..
i look pregnant, am not.sweat v.heavily,bloods tests up.blood presures up, and headaches
I have R.Arthritis, and acid reflux鈥?
'Im really confused .. want to know what it is so can get better.
Please, any one got any ideas ?x

been to drs. and on pain killers...

also have had 24 hr urine test done ..came back positive..so they've done similar blood test, to check same thing (to do with adrenal)... waiting for results..but don't know what results might mean, so...
if there is any one who could give me a proper answer, I really would appreciate it, thank you lots.x

Stop eating wheat straight away. Look on the web site about coeliac disease.

There is an unsupported link between RA and wheat intolerance. This should have been noted by your doctor and should have been one of the things investigated when all else fails.
Wheat tolerance also causes acid reflux - so get some probiotics down your neck asap.

You are in grave danger of developing cancer, so take charge of your body - stop expecting others to care more about you than yourself (The doc isn't going to die if he gets it wrong -- you are) So take charge and do something about it!

you mentioned you look pregnant but youre not so im guessing your overweight..it could be you eat alot too and not on the right time guessing from the acid reflux.the pain is probably caused by the acid reflux if everything else is normal..acid reflux may cause your stomach lining to ulcerate and may cause terrible pain..this pain may radiate to the back and parts near the origin of the pain..go get a second opinion..next time you go to the toilet check your feces for coffee ground like stuff cause that indicates bleeding from your stomach or upper intestines..the relief brought by the peeing is maybe because when your bladder gets full it pushes the abdomen up and tightens it which causes the pain, hence the decreased pain when voiding..go get a second opinion immediately..eat on time and avoid missing meals..

It may be urinary tract infection (pyelonephritis) or ureteric stone.
You said urine tests came positive, what was prescribed for that, I will like to know.

I am not sure what it is but I wanted to tell you not to give up hope. I had pains like that on my right side and after 3 months of extensive tests and losing a ton of weight, I went to a GI doctor on my own who did a HIDA Scan and found out that my gall bladder was working at only 30% normal and it had to be removed.

Research your symptoms online, talk to other people, and if you have a gut feeling what it is, see a specialist. Just don't give up hope!
