Post nasal drip?

I beleave i have post nasal drip. I cough when i try to go to bed at night. It happens when i am in the slanted lying down postion. If i take something with mynthol, such as cough drops or afrin, i stop coughing all to gether. I am on many medications such as, Allegra D, Rinocort Aqua, and Nexium. I have an asthma inhaler also. None of this helps. My doctor insists that this is my allergeys or my acid reflux. I just want to go to sleep when i am tired, please help!

I have both post nasal drip and acid reflux, but your case seems like such an extreme since those medications that you are on work for me. I would definitely go see a really good ENT (Ears Nose and Throat Dr.)!

If it's acid reflux, which I'm not completely sure if it is in your case, I have an absolute miracle solution! Take 2 ounces of Aloe Vera Juice before bed, or after every meal. My friend was about to go in for surgery for extreme acid reflux where he couldn't speak without coughing and I recommended he try Aloe Vera Juice (he tried it being very skeptical) and now he's doing great. You can buy a gallon of Aloe Vera Juice at any health food store, but they tend to be a bit pricey at $24, at Trader Joe's a gallon goes for $7. Make sure you get the "juice" and not the "gel." A lot of people are discouraged by the taste, I honestly don't think it tastes that bad considering the help it brings me! The first sip might be a bit of a shock, it tastes like a mild mediciney plant tasting syrup.

I'm honestly not a holistic health person, but this is an absolute miracle! Hope this helps!!
