How can I find a diet that works with my disease?

IBS,Low Lactose,and acid reflux

have you tried to talk to you MD to see if he can refer you to a registered dietician. They work with ppl who have all kinds of illnesses and require specials diet.

That is what I did when I was dxed with Crohn's disease.

I will tell you this much my stomach doctor told me their is really no such thing as IBS.He said it is a wastbasket term used when a doctor cant find the real underlying problem.they told me i had IBS.before i found out i had celiac disease or wheat allergy.
