Is fish oil alright to take for someone who has diverticulosis?

and acid reflux?

plus, how would you take it?

If you have acid reflux and you're worried about the fish burp, freeze your pills. But it is safe to take for DV and reflux.

If fish contain mercury, and there are health warnings about them, wouldn't you think fish oil is poison in a pill?
