Doctor? Nurse? please help!?

Friend's grandson is sick. The 2 year boy has acid reflux, terrible appetite and neurofibromatosis. He has been thru numerous medical tests but not much improvement.

Is there the BEST medication to treat it? How to improve his appetite?
Please help whatever you can and God will bless you for it.

Well, this isnt my specialty, but heres what I got to give. The acid reflux can be put under control with an acid reducer, quite possibly OTC if he dosent have it too bad. The poor appetite is probably a side effect of the acid reflux, so with this under control, his appetite may pick back up. If his AR makes him not want to eat because it makes him feel sick, ask his Doc about integrating Phenergan into his med plan, this helps alleviate any nauseousness he may have.
