Digestive problems question?

I've been having diarrhea for the past four months approximately, mild or moderate, most of the bowel movements. I am wondering if it could be associated with the new acid reflux medicine I'm taking, Aciphex, I had previously been taking Prevacid until it was no longer covered by insurance. I don't know of any mentionable change in diet associated with the occurances. Any other explanations and what do you suggest, going to see a doctor or is it something that can be remedied simply?

If the diarrhea started right after the meds, I would assume that is the problem. Either way, you need to consult with the doc that you got the prescription from. I dont think this is healthy and you may need to try a different type of med for the acid reflux. You could stop the meds for a week or so and see if the diarrhea stops. They have OTC meds for acid reflux you could try.
