My favorite author on the subject is Valerie Ann Worwood, the book is The Complete Book Of Essential Oils & Aromatherapy. Mrs. Woodward and her husband, Dr. Woodward M.D. have done extensive research, include tried and true recipes and instructions are included in their books. No other book is as good as this one is.
