Heartburn/Phentermine/Mucus/Mi...

About 3 weeks ago I went to see a weight loss doctor that prescribed me Phentermine 37.5 mg once a day. Lately I have been have real bad gas and burping all the time.

Also I have had very painful migranes. Last but not least I think I have heartburn or acid reflux and trouble sleeping because of it. There feels like there is alot of mucus in the my throat and I can only breath thru a little whole in my throat My throat feels like it is hot and on fire. Is or has anyone else experienced this. I made an appointment to see the doctor so I am looking for some detailed answers until my appointment. Any advice would be great. Thanks!

Oh honey, you are having so many side effects. Please don't ruin your health with those drugs. They backfire on you anyway and the weight comes back plus. Just start out walking at any pace you can and increase it every day. Diets do not work and drugs to help, do more harm then good. Blessing to you and I wish you well. I really do. ~~~~

I'm on phentermine, too, so I know where you are coming from. If you take it too late, you will have a hard time sleeping--I would try to take your daily does before 10am. You may have a lot of mucus from being dehydrated. Try drinking more water. You may also be feeling the heartburn/acid reflux feeling because you aren't eating enough and you are feeling your stomach acid on an empty stomach. I'm not sure about the migraine, unless you just aren't eating enough and it is making you feel ill. My advice--take the phentermine as soon as you wake up, chug water all day, and make yourself eat 3 meals, even if you aren't feeling hungry.

do not take anymore..some times acid reflux is associated with heart problems..you never know..see a doc soon and until then no more phentermine..

hey i have used phentermine and only have experienced some of ur symptoms, i do get the headaches, i do get the heartburn and this the most scariest one of them all i cant breath i feel like if i have an elephant on top of my chest, i've experiences some symptoms of hyperventilation and some mood swings oh yeah and you might ask why not go to a doc well i cant cuz my pres. was prescribed by a mex doc and i know for sure that those pills might cuz death but i just wanted to lose my weight fast and have energy.
