How do you get back on track? |
for the past 6 months i have been eating nothing but junk.i stopped eating meals and all i eat is junk.thankfully i have only gained about 8 pounds.but i have also stopped exercising(mainly because i was suffering from acid reflux). Ah, THE question. start exercising again. Don't have the energy go to GNC get something to give you a little pep stop eating junk food and fast food. It's hard, but I did it. I had a migraine for about 2 weeks but I don't even really think about it anymore. I know those things may taste good, but it makes you feel even worse in the end and it's not even worth it. I easiest way to get back on track for me was to find a buddy that you can exercise with. My buddy and I motivated each other, and got back on track. It doesn't hurt to have some extra caffeine in your system to get you moving too....or maybe not. I have to go to the gym in the morning, so I need some help waking up. Funny thing is that the motivation came naturally. No "fake motivation" or whatever, but just the fact that you have someone to converse with helped with motivation. Also you seeing someone you are talking with is exercising working on a psychological level to get you to do the same thing. Hope that all made sense... |
