hi though im not a doctor id suggest you try mylanta which is an ant acid it helps with the burning sensation in the gut. another very healthy and successful other alternative is to try natures own or blackmores which you can but at the supermarket it is cheaper than buying it from chemists and health stores and it does work. I currentl buy blackmores products for a different problem and it is really good its natural and helps the body. there are products for various things suchas the heart, vitamins and minerals, conception for having babies which is the one i take and more just to name a few belows a website for more information for you so you can then make the right choice for what you would prefer

drink lots of water. i mean 8-10 glasses and if possible little warm water.

avoid heavy foods. avoid lots of condimens and spices. avoid lots of strong tea and coffee.
Excessive amounts of salted, smoked, and pickled foods should be avoided,

for few days consume lots of fruits and vegetables specially leafy vegetables but avoid citrus fruits. have papaya, apples regularly. consume cold or chilled milk. have yoghurt in your meals. also have sprouted pulses, beans as these are good sources of dietary fibre. it will help you a lot.
