Achilles tendon injury,do u feel the pain on one side of your foot or on bothsides? That tendon runs from your heel up the calf of your leg in back. When I've had problems with it, when going for walks, my heel tends to hurt. Please see your dr. or podiatrist dr. on this. Take care. I felt the pain in the middle of my foot and it shot up my leg. This takes a long time to heel so be patient |
