Has anyone ever had an achilles tendon injury like this?

I had achilles tendonitis 3 years ago but just this past week I did something to my left achilles tendon while hiking up Mt Washington. Its bad enough that I have heel lifts in my left shoe. I feel what I would describe as a vibrating feeling in it(the tendon)when im moving around, has anyone had an injury like this? Thanks!

Yes I injury achilles tendon, yes went though that what you say.

You should go to see a foot doctor about it because in my case it only got worse. so go and see a Foot doctor as possible.
