Achilles Tendon Help plz? |
Well i think i got an injury from football I think I pulled it. When it happened i felt a not painful pull but just blahish. It didn't hurt till I finished practice I could hardly walk. The next day I had gym I couldn't run on it. When I walk on the side of my foot with kinda a limp it doesn't hurt. It does not hurt when I stand on it either only when I take a normal step and than lift my foot it hurts. O and it feels better when i stretch it. So would you say it just a minor pull or what? O and in happened when I was trying to make a sudden stop and I had my foot kinda like stretched back sounds like a minnor pull I tore mine about six months ago and it is still sore time to time |
