I had to stop jogging a year ago due to an injury i got changing to new running shoes, i have rested the tendon, but the pain is still there, only the pain seems to have moved further up my ankle towards the calf, and is permanently sensitive, any remedy, cause i desperately want to go back to jogging, thanks. One time the same symptoms plagued me. It turned out that my arches had collapsed. Very Painful...You may need inserts with a very strong arch support.
