Dibilitating illness? |
in 2004 my mom got sick and almost died due to an abscess on her lung and spine. She is prescribed to a few different drugs like oxycotin, etc. because she has back problems because of the surgery. She can't work or do much of anything. Were planning on moving to Oregon, where you can have a license to grow marijuana. My mom was thinking of doing that so she can get off of some of these harder drugs. In order to get the license, you have to have a dibilitating illness. Would my moms problems be considered a dibilitating illness? If so, I dont know what it would be called but whatever. Anyway, I think it would be considered because she gets prescribed such hard drugs. What do you think? Thanks CALIFORNIADREAMING! yes i would safely assume she is disabled. pain in itself can be a disability. Sara, please email me about your mom's pain. I hope I can help. |
