Might loose tooth now...sue? #2? |
Continued from: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;... I work closely with an attorney that sues dentists. He probably wouldn't take the case (not enough$$). You can try to sue, of course, but you should address all of these concerns to your dentist, in a letter or in person, whichever is easier. Ask for a refund for the guard. Unfortunately, teeth abscess all the time after crowns. (Which is why I'm opposed to them). See whatever other kind of refund you can get. All I can say is I had an abses last week and it was so painfull. I lost the tooth cause I didn't have the money for a root canal. And let me tell you, it was worth me loosing a tooth than to go through that pain. I would look into it but I doubt it. I go in Monday to have my front tooth pulled. (You probably read about it) but I think I would definitely get a different dentist. I think I am where I am because I felt my last dentist was charging me a lot of money and not telling me what needed to be done. good luck on everything. |
