How do I deal with a tooth absess if I have PSTD?

I think I have a tooth abscess. I have PTSD and have really bad flashbacks if anyone puts anything in my mouth. I have bad toothache and i don't know what to do

You need to take care of this before the pain and frustration pushes you off the deep end. It isn't good for your physical health either. An abscess is an infection and needs to be taken care of. Explain to your dentist about your hang up about your mouth. I am sure that they have heard worse stories. You will be referred to a dental surgeon who will take care of this in a sensitive manner. You will go under general anesthesia in l;a la land.

This is just a time to show some plain guts and do what it takes to get through it.
