How to treat a Abscesses?

my dog has a Abscesse on his leg and i dont know how to treat it. i dont have the money to take him to a vet.

The vet told us w/our cat to sterilize a needle (safety pin will work.. hold it under a flame for a few sec. and then wipe w/alchol) make sure you are at a sink, poke the abscess, squeeze out the "stuff" then wash it w/warm salt water, swab w/peroxide and bandage it. If you have neosporin ointment put that on.... you may have to get a cone for his/her head to keep it from chewing the bandage... You can also check out this site...

an abscesses is an infection in a capsule, you must to save your money and take you dog with the vet, because its needs surgery(the abscesses have to be drain it and take antibiotic too)
