Tooth abscess? Someone PLEASE help mee.?

I know I'm going to sound really stupid for my decisions, but I need to know some things NOW.

I got a tooth abscess about six years ago. The dentists never noticed it and my mother, being as ignorant as she is, told me it was nothing to worry about. I got a root canal for it last year, but another one formed and I'm going in to get that one fixed in a few months.

I think other teeth are infected; but the one I got fixed and the other one I'm going to fix are both on my top row of teeth, while another one I suspecis on the bottom and another is on the top in the back (molar).

Do you think it's spreading? I'm not sure if those are really abscesses though -- because my other teeth weren't in pain, at all. All I got were those boils that drained out every once in a while. But the part I'm most freaked out is about how the infection can get into my blood stream. I haven't been experiencing any pain or swelling -- but I'm still really worried..

And I forgot to mention that my palate (roof of my mouth) got kind of swollen last night. It's gotten a little better, but do you think it's because of the infection?

And the thing I'm most worried about are the health problems that the spread could bring.. Soo if you have anything then please tell me.

your jaw bone is designed to keep the infection contained, but to me it sounds like you should get a new dentist, get on antibotics and get those teeth pulled or the gums repaired.
you can have serve infections and not be in pain until the pulp and nerve is affected and then you will be in agony.
a molar is no big deal to lose, but you have to treat the infection first, before its plled or you will have a chance that it will reach your blood stream.

i would definitely go to dentist and have a good exam. you need the advice of a professional. i would to it sap
