Anal Abscess?

Hi , i seriously need help . I have had an anal abscess drained on my right in sept , it is now novemeber and it still has not healed . It still has an undermining of about 3 cm deep and that pocket has not healed at all since . can Anyone tell me why . Recently i noticed an inflammation on my left as well and i went to have it drained again . can anyone tell me why this anal abscess are all poping out and why won't my already drained one heal ...

Doctors said it is an anal fistula without scoping for sure . but many doctors say they have to let the abscess heal before they can peform the fistula sugery . However its not healing .... PLease help me.... I am suffering everyday with the packing
