DOES PARSLEY PESSERY and Parsley Tea late periods n induce abortions?

I am late for my periods n i dont want children as,i m young n working n my husband n me want to enjoy to njoy our newly married sex life.Does taking Vitamin C and Parsley tea,Raw green Papaya and Insertion of parley in the vagina help in inducing early pregnancies n late periods.
Pls suggest herbs that can help me bring my periods PLEASE and which i can find in the local pharmacies.
