Can anyone please help me find a non-biased website?

I am pro-choice because I believe in a woman's choice to make an informed decision that is best for herself and her health. Because of my belief I am having trouble deciding where I stand on partial-birth abortions. I'm want to find out the medical reasons a woman would choose to have this done. Since this is often performed at a gestational stage when the fetus is considered viable I cannot understand the need for it if the mother's health is at risk. Why wouldn't a pre-mature c-sec be an option?
Please, no criticism, judgements or meanness. I just want to understand the need for this procedure so I can form my own informed opinion.
I thank you for any respectful and helpful answers.

Boy, that is a hard one....such a controversial topic.

Try Wikipedia....

Thank you all very much. I'm sorry I let my question slip into voting as I don't always have much time on the computer anymore. I am still looking at these websites (and still confused about what to think). Report It

I am in the exact same position as you. I'm heading to plannedparenthood.org right now.

er method of handling an unwanted pregnancy but will try to avoid partisanship in providing this information. I will sometimes, however, present obviously biased articles from either side. Since it's my site, I retain editorial discretion on it's content, and I will use it.

If you have questions you would like to see researched or discussed here then I invite you to add the suggestion to my guestbook or drop a note in the forum. My time is limited but I will make an effort to cover your topic or tell you where you can find the information.

I hope you find the site useful."..... http://www.eileen.250x.com/
