How can i comeout from my mental tension and stress. My husband has cheated me lot of times since my age of16?

he married to 2 vmen 1 after 1.he married to 1st wife. after 1 yr he left her she also intensionally left him.after 3 years(1994) he married to another vman who is 1 year elder to him(he didnot no this when he married her.)she is illeterate but their fmly is factionist fmly so she got that cruelness naturally.she always suspects him n use to torture him in all matter.she is obsolutely right.bcoz my husband is a rogue.he always try to attract girls n uses them for his sexual desire.he made abortions to some of the girls who studied in his school.he got one son through his 2nd wife.after that he saw me 1 day n frm that day he made frenship with my dad later he slowly attracted my dad by doin encouragement for our studies.he started to put in his basket n after a long time(abt 6 months) i blived him n he forced for sex.dad dint trust my words.he aborted me 3 times with in 2 yrs.he married me 2 yrs before.he has changed 2 some extent.but he always neglects me.he made me servant for him.

I have no clue what you should do, well maybe I do. Depending on your cultural background, leaving may not be a choice. In America or most of the EU I'd say just leave him and take him for all he's got. In a more conservative culture, I'd say you have to choose little battles. Cook for him only what he dislikes, refuse to clean the house, go out and get a job against his will, etc. Find little ways to rebel until he stops and takes notice of you. Good luck and try to avoid being beaten, unless that would give you the means to leave him and your family would then be willing to take you back. Do what you can to get out of the marriage without making it look like you wanted out, ie "abused house wife" excuse for leaving may be better than requesting a divorce.

I'm guessing you're in another country rather than the US. In the USA I'd say leave him. I wouldn't allow another person to decide how my future was going to be. However, you might be in a country where that isn't so easy to do. If you have the abillity I would leave him and file for divorce.

I'm sorry about all that. Probably either you love him or depend on him totally, or you would have left him by now. I would be more than a bit worried about his cheating, as he can give you some nasty kind of sexually transmitted disease. Use condoms to prevent this. Is there anyone you can talk to who can help you set up an independent life for yourself? This man sounds like he's no good, and he's not gonna change his ways.

Your self-concept needs to heal so that you will never again allow anyone else to abuse you. It sounds like you have become conditioned to accept dominance by cruel men.

Leave the "brute" and remain single for a few years. I would encourage you to gather some education. Doing so would make it less likely that someone could restrict your autonomy.

No one can victimize you unless you allow it. Many women feel a sense of false security within their abusive situations. It feels better to remain in a terrible relationship than to risk something new.
