Abortion in the 17th week!!! is that bad?

i am a virgin, made some love wit a friend. he did not enter me. than i did not c him again. after months, i went to my doc just to control. and he said I AM PREGNANT!!! it was the 16th week!!! but i really had NO idea!!! my stomach was FLAT. i wasnt vomit or vertigo. I was very ok. and also i was getting my mensurations. i had to abortion. i was only 23 and VIRGIN. the doc said a sperm is still alive after 48hours. 1 sperm enetring my body is good enough for pregnancy and my body is very healthy and strong,strong, IDEAL for pregnecy. im 23. it was dangerous and in my country its forbidden to kill a baby aftrer the 10th week. some doctors asked for 2000dollar. i found 1 for 800, he was proffesionel. and i had no complications.
i just learned it has a heart. lil hands. oh my God i am the MURDER of my own child. wat does this make me? i couldnt born it. i hv to study and im engaged to a nice man.
who has anything to say about 17th week abortion. has anyone a similar story

first of all.....sometimes things happen which cant be categorized as good or bad.this was unfortunate to happen to u,but,its happened and stop thinking abt it.you know wat wud have been bad,if u had no remorse.but,u feel bad from within abt wat happened,so that makes u a good person at heart.you are not a sinner,it was only a mistake.and u had no other option.but u can do one thing to get rid of ur guilt.....try to help out a little child...anywhere,anyhow....help him/her by sacrifising ur own pocket money or pleasures.then,u will feel satisfied at heart.......u may find this irrational,but trust me,it wrks.

it's sounds horrible and cold but you gotta do what ya gotta do. I had one at 14 wks and I knew the whole time .. I waited til the last second because I couldn't decide whether or not I wanted to do it. Like I said, you gotta do what you gotta do. If you think it was the right decision, stand by yourself and think about the alternative. Be strong!! :-)

no ofence but i don't agree with abortion like you said you herd it's little heartbeat and had little hands then you go and kill it it wasn't the baby fault it never asked to be there and you killed it am digusted in you.

Its not your fault, your pregnant. What does your fiancee think of this? Does he know that you slept with your friend?
Well, all i can say is that its YOUR decision, no one can tell you what is right or wrong, i mean 17 weeks is a long time, and the baby is almost developed. However im sure you can have an abortion up to the 24th week of pregnancy.
You need to think carefully about what you want, dont just make the decision based on what other people say, its your body!!
You have your whole future ahead of you, your only 23, so please make your decision wisely.
You are NOT a murderer! it is not a CRIME to have an abortion, it is LEGAL! so please dont upset yourself.

You didn't know... please don't guilt yourself for this. Of course your "doctor" didn't inform you of the facts, he wanted your money! Allow yourself to greive for your child, and let your friends know the truth about the unborn. You can get through this.

Right now, you are mourning the loss of your child, and feeling the full weight of your guilt. Ten years after I aborted my child I suddenly realized what a horrible thing I had done.

I will tell you what helped me to recover. I must say right away that it took years to not cry when I talked about it, just like the death of a loved one, it took time for my heart to heal. Maybe my story will help you....

When I realized the full weight of what I had done to my child, I cried and cried for days. I talked to a friend, I talked to a counselor and the most important thing I did was talk to God.

The counselor suggested that I name the baby, in order to help with the grieving. I went home after the visit with the counselor and spent a couple hours with God. I named the baby and received forgiveness and peace. It was the closure that I needed. I don't know what religion, if any, you are, but if you are a believer in Jesus Christ, you can be sure that if you confess your sin He will be faithful to forgive your sin. Then you can work on forgiving yourself, which will take longer, but with God's help, can be done.

This does not make you a murderer. In my opinion it makes you responsible. I see so many children not being cared for properly who deserve better. (I live in the Midwest in a not so wealthy rural area) You didn't have a child you couldn't care for. And that saves you and your child from more heart ache and pain than that abortion caused it.

I say if you already did it.. dont worry about it because you already did it and you cant change it now.and it doesnt make you a murderer...
