What is a partial abortion?

Anti-.abortion nazi's need not respond. I'm not interested in your moral views on life, just the technical difference between an abortion and a partial abortion.

A partial abortion involves partially delivering the fetus, severing the spinal cord (at the base of the skull) effectively killing the fetus, and then it is delivered the rest of the way.

A partial abortion is just this:

1. Baby is partially born feet first.
2. Scissors are forcefully inserted into the junction of the spine
and skull. A suction device is inserted and all contents of the
skull are removed.
3. It is EXTREMELY Illegal

It's where the baby is half delivered and a sharp object is stabbed into the baby so it kills it. Then the rest of the body is delivered.

A type of abortion where the living baby is taken partly out of the womb before it is legally killed by the deliverer. Basically partial abortions allow insane women to change their mind even at the last second before it officially becomes murder.
