Anyone know about liver enzyme abnormalities?

I believe I have diabetes, but doc won't check til liver enzymes are normal. In the mean time, I have sores that won't heal, joint pain, ulcers in my mouth, joint swelling and memory problems. Been checked for Lupus and all versions of Hepitis and they were all negative. Any ideas on what it might be? Should I get another doc? I can't keep living in pain. Please be serious here. Thank you.

i suffer from joint swellings and cankers in the mouth as well they have checked out everything on me and can't find a thing
i was told yrs ago that i have liver enzymes in my urine they are little pieces that are breaking away it was caused by extended use of Tylenol with codeine (no I'm not a drug addict) it has caused permanent damage
