How do i read abnormalities on mri,and ct scans w/wo contrast?

By going to school for four years to learn how?

I think you should leave it to the experts. They have had special training to do this.

By taking 12 years of college and clinical. You can't just learn how to read those without a vast understanding of the anatomy of the body. I have a very rudimentary knowledge of how to read CT scans, but I could never diagnose an abnormality. Now if it is something extremely obvious like a huge mass somewhere you might be able to see that, but if its is a pinched nerve you are not going to have a clue, and no one is going to be able to teach you that without extensive training. Why do you think those doctors get paid 750,000 a year.
