Homeopathy :-
Your conditions call for the the remedies ARNICA 30C, RHUS TOX 30C and HYPERICUM 30C take them thrice a day half hour before meals on the first day you can take them at hourly till you start feeling relief after that just three times a day will be enough. Keep me posted about your progress every third day. You can find Homeopathic Remedies at most Herbal Shops and Pharmacies.

all i can say, is i didnt understand a single thing you typed, but your best bet is to eat healthy and increase antioxidant/pytochemmicals, and take multivitamin pills, / powerful antixidants like alpha lopoic acid

The L5-S5 myotomes are all related to control of muscles in the leg, both the front and back, and also around the hip area. When the pudental nerve is affected, tends to affect sexual activity, i.e. problems with an erection or sexual stimulation. Sometimes there can also be a problem with bladder and bowel function. If you loose control of either, you must go back and see your doctor immediately.

Are you seeing a pain management doctor? They may order further diagnostic nerve injections to see if they can alleviate any of your symptoms.

I have seen patients who had their coccyx removed - varying results and quite dramatic in appearance. Does not always cure the problem.

I would suggest you consult with a physical therapist certified in the McKenzie method - the most researched method for treating disc problems. Go to www.mckenziemdt.org and enter your zip code for further information as to where your nearest therapist would be.

Accupuncture may also be of benefit to help with your symptoms.

I guess my question would focus on where is the nerve irritation coming from? If it is due to a particular structure, what is wrong with it?

Good luck!

I recommend seeing an osteopath.

Again some very good suggestions... as far as sports medicine doctors, most teams do retain chiropractors on the staff, for a specific reason.

One thing most often overlooked with a coccyx injury is; it is never returned to its normal position.. since the sacral nerves are an integral part of the autonomic nervous system, symptoms can be very diverse and debilitating. It is not unusual to have the coccyx manipulated into the proper position and allow a reduction of the presenting symptoms.
