Is this cold or flue?

My eyes feel puffy, and need to control urge to rub then, because start and you don't want to stop. No fever or cough just head stuffiness. Might anyone know if eyes should get looked at or would it be safe to ride it out. Very loose stools few days last week. Only abnormality now is eyes.

Actually, it sounds more like allergies. Flu usually doesn't cause itchy eyes that you need to rub (or puffy eyes that you fight the urge to rub).

Even a cold (virus) usually doesn't do that.

If you ate something that you were allergic to---or were highly sensitive to, it could give you loose stools.

Sinus problems though could give you the swollen eyes and stuffiness, but, usually you dont need to control the urge to rub the eyes with them.......

I would see about getting checked out....may need some allergy medicine/sinus medicine.
