by Dr L.Nanoakumar

my Q is:
what is the sickness I have? Cancer or HIV?
by the way, good news is, Im well now, I've been treated by someone with custom Medicine and I feel better now not like before.

Squamous Intraepithelial Lesion -this category is straightforward. Most women with high grade SIL on a Pap result have moderate or severe dysplasia. The next step is always further evaluation with colposcopy and biospy.

Colposcopy - A colposcope is a microscope through which a health practitioner can closely examine the cervix and/or vagina. Typically, a mild vinegar solution is swabbed onto the area first, which turns abnormal areas white. Alternatively, sometimes a mild iodine solution is used, which stains the normal tissue.

Biopsy - The type of biopsy most often done at this point is called a punch biopsy, where a very small piece of tissue is snipped (with small forceps) from the part of the cervix that looks the most abnormal. This tissue is then analyzed in a laboratory. A sharp "pinch" may be felt during the biopsy, and some cramping afterwards. The cervix should heal completely from the biopsy, with no ill aftereffects.

Dysplasia- abnormal cell growth that is generally considered to be precancerous when it occurs in the female reproductive system

All this means is that your cells were abnormal and you may or may not have cancer.

Hope this is informative.

Dear, don't freak out. You do not have HIV. Your pap came back abnormal and they want to biopsy your cervic.

I have been through the colposcopy, and it feels like cramps every time they clip a sample from the cervix. Definately take some Ibuprofen before you have it performed,

Good Luck.

this is most likeyl a PREcancerous condition. but you need to go get the biposy done to be sure, I have problems with this and It isn't likely you feel better (or worse) from this condition - were you possibly treated for something else??

Even if you truly do feel better, go get the biopsy done, and the sooner the better...if you need treatment, do it asap, as this is a precancerous condition, but it could easily and repidly become cancerous (the reason for annual paps)

best wishes

You do not have HIV but you do have cancer but at a very early stage which is good, very treatable and has a good prognosis.
