Do you agree with this about chiropractors?

quoted from a physician

You went to one (A), you got better (B). That is not science; A & B may be true, but B is not a result of A. Lots of people didn't go and still got better. The key to quackopractic is to be in the right place at the right time. In other words, be there while the healing process occurs, put a little hands-on (massage, etc.) and take credit for any good outcome. The rest you massage until their insurance runs out and then send them on their way (usually to a real physician).
In the meanwhile, make sure you take lots of high-dose xrays of every human who walks in the door so that in 20 years everyone glows in the dark and reflective clothing is a thing of the past. (a hint to the consumer: all back films show something...nobody has a spine without some so-called abnormality).
BTW, it takes 4 years after med school to become a radiologist and to know really how to read an xray; these guys have a couple of weeks of formal radiology instruction. They make the rest of

As for the previous comment, yes you can crack your own back, but its not the 'crack' that the chiropractors are after, its the actual adjustment of the joint, something that you cannot do yourself by simply cracking your back.

As for the quote.....

I would say the physician is one of the most uneducated physicians that i have ever heard quoted. They obviously know nothing about the Chiropractic profession, and to try and explain how many things are wrong with what they are saying would simply take up too much space.

They should get educated.

my grandmother went to a chiropractor for years after a back injury. one week she felt great, the next week she felt terrible, over and over again. i can crack my own back and stretch my own muscles for free. i do enjoy regular massages; they are so comforting and relaxing and help some muscle problems i've had. the harsh, jarring movements that chiropractors use frighten me. how easy it would be to break or dislocate something.

"these guys have a couple of weeks of formal radiology instruction" not true~ FYI chiropractors have about 4,500 trimester clock hours in the class room~ (more than M.D's) and have at least 3 years formal radiology instruction.

couple of weeks of formal radiology instruction what a joke chiropractors have atleast 3 years of training and spend all day reading x-rays.
