hie i'm 16 and i've had my period for over 3yrs now but i still don't have a set date.it just comes when ever.i've tried counting days but it never happens aroung the time i'm expecting it.it's so irregular ,i might think the 15th and it will be the 9th.i'm worried that i have some abnormality or something cos some of my friends are like always the 10th and i'm like have no idea.pliz help. What you have is called an irregular cycle, it is quite fine. I also have one. Really everyone is different, don't worry about it,your body is still changing alot. Next time you are at your doctors mention it ,but definately don't worry .Lots of women are really irregular, and its nothing sinister. mine varies too. i think thats ok. A lot of women have irregular periods especially when they first start having them. Nothing is wrong having irregular periods is common. If you are worried have you Mother make an appointment for you with an OB/GYN. At your age a female OB/GYN may be best. She can help you. |
