Abnormal Pap Smears - HGEA - High Grade Epithelial Abnormality?

I have HGEA High Grade Epithelial Abnormality. I Need a LLETZ Procedure. I am having the Wire Loop Excision. This is my first abnormal Smear and am freaking out. Should i be concerned? Do i have Cancer? Will i get Cancer?

They will try to take care of it before it could become cancer.
