Heart abnormality found on xray? |
my mom had a regular chest x-ray done with results that came back "heart abnormality found on right side of heart". She had a normal xray around 5 or so years ago. What are some heart abnormalities that show up on an xray? my mom is 46 yo. smoker. the doc said that the xray showed an abnormality on the right side of the heart. they want a ct scan. that is all that is known at this point. Usually an enlarged heart shows on an xray. it probably means it beating weired or has damaged / dead tissue. U could ask who ever anylized the x-ray. |
