What does nonspecific anterolateral T abnormalities on an EKG mean?

Axis Nos. areP 66, QRS 41, T 65;
Rate is 7, PR 146, QRSD 96, QT 374, QTc 395; The anterolateral t abnormalities also read t neg. T/QRS ratio <.07 1, L, V2-V6

Reading EKGs is actually quite complicated. T waves on an EKG represent a period of time during which your heart is "recharging" for the next beat. Sometimes, T waves may look a little different from what is considered "normal". This may be relatively flat T waves or upside-down T waves. Many things can cause these sorts of changes and, in fact, the can be seen in people who are perfectly normal and healthy. The importance of T waves changes depends on the clinical circumstances in which they are seen. The term, nonspecific anterolateral T wave abnormalities, is used when these changes (which MAY OR MAY NOT be clinically important) are seen in leads V4 through V6. The rest of your numbers are completely normal except I'm sure your rate wasn't 7.
