Abdominal pain and sharp pain in pelvic area?

I've been having abdominal pain (right below rib cage right above navel) with this sharp pain like a line in my pelvic area as if someone is inserting a catheter since Tuesday February 6? Somebody HELP me! Does anybody know what this could be? Has anyone experiences this before? Should I go to the doctor/hospital?

It hurts worse to stand up straight bending over to walk makes it feel better.

it sounds like cramps to me. trying taking some aleve if u do not feel better then go to the hospital.

is the pain concentrated more on the right side?
