Abdominal Pain When Sneezing?

I have severe abdominal pain when I sneeze and it is drastically magnified if I am lying down on my back. I used to have this problem when I was pregnant, but that was 13 years ago and I still have it. Back then the doctor told me it was my ligaments stretching. Now I am not so sure. About a year ago I was diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis and a couple of months ago I was diagnosed with Adenomyosis. I am wondering if either of these would contribute to the pain.

you better have a full scan of your abdomen it sounds serious to me.
